The NCM menu system supports sophisticated and beginning users with a structure that allows users to drill down into system tables, assuming they have the correct security permission, while keeping menu choices and items simple to view and access.
A forms menu (first example left) allows the administrator to define forms overall, by section and by field ands custom field element.
The more extensive Dictionary submenu used to define various "Encounter" items points to a large selection of tables that define parameters such as Public Health Indicators (shown) which can have extensive additional options (abused substances, etc.).
