WebvCMR accurately manages the life-cycle of a disease incident from the initial date of onset to the final resolution. This functionality offers the strongest tool in the tracking and managing of all new and open cases. An incident's life-cycle is as follows:

Open - Under Investigation - CD Review -- Investigated - Closed

These statuses are completely configurable by an administrator.

The Process Status Button (1) displays the current status of the chosen patient's incident.

The resolution status (2) allows case workers to enter whether the case was confirmed, suspect or false upon case closure for reporting purposes. Case workers can also search incidents based on these criteria.
