The "Dictionaries" menu under the System Admin menu provides users with a powerful way to control drop down selections throughout the system. Some of configurable dictionaries include disease, region, census tract, exposure location, symptoms, treatment, investigators and so on.

Other Examples In the "Electronic Reporting" submenu administrators can (1) access lab reports in the electronic incident staging area, (2) access electronic faxes in the fax staging area as well as (3) reverse unaccepted reports, and other items.

The "Grouping" submenu defines disease, region and rapid alert notification groups. The latter function tells the associated ARNOLD rapid online alert system who to contact in the event of an emergency incident.
