When the user searches by the "disease" option (green circle) in this search tab, more information is revealed to help users properly identify the disease.

In this example, the user is only sure of the first letters in the name of the disease - "BO". This is put in the field as shown by the red circle and the user clicks on the "FIND" button as shown in the dotted red line.

Once this is done the system displays not only the list of diseases starting with "BO" but it also lists patients associated with those disease names. This helps users properly identify the incident ("Is it already an open incident?") as well as the patient.
