ARNOLD allows users to receive remote notification of events (e.g., new Outbreaks, new Incidents, etc.) based upon pre-defined criteria such as a new record, status change or an updated record.

The disease groups that are selected as event subscriptions are user defined within the WebvCMR system. Because of this users can be alerted to any disease or group of diseases that they have interest in.
